These flat bags with flap are made of crystal clear polypropylene by means of a side seal, which makes the measurements very accurate. The flat bags are provided with a flap with, if desired, an adhesive strip to close the bag. The unprinted or printed bags can be produced in any desired format. They are ideal for manual packaging of small, flat and / or lightweight products, such as greeting cards, stationery, hobby products, sticker sheets, party products, textiles, hair and skin care products, jewelry, etc.

Standard materials
• OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) for packaging small, light or flat products.
• CastPP (Cast Polypropylene) for packaging slightly heavier products which demand a stronger seal.
• laminated OPP/CastPP for printing between two layers of film and a stronger seal.

Standard specifications
• film thickness OPP: 30 and 40 microns.
• film thickness CastPP: 40 and 50 microns.
• film thickness OPP / CastPP: 60, 80 and 100 microns.
• sizes: minimum width is 40 mm and maximum length is 800 mm.
• adhesive strip: permanent or reclosable.
• die cuts: euroloch, butterfly and round (different sizes).
• printing: hot stamp, flexo printing or gravure printing, up to 8 colors.
