These special bags for greeting cards are manufactured from crystal clear polypropylene. The bags have been supplied with 2 pockets, left and right. This packaging makes it easy to open the greeting card and permits the inside of the card to be viewed. Less material is required for the wallet bag when compared to the flat bag with lip. The printed or unprinted wallet bags can be manufactured to any desired size. They are ideal for hand packaging greeting cards with envelopes.

Standard materials
• OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) for packaging small, light or flat products.
• CastPP (Cast Polypropylene) for packaging slightly heavier products which demand a stronger seal.

Other materials are an option. Please enquire for all the possibilities.

Standard specifications
• film thickness OPP: 30 and 40 microns.
• film thickness CastPP: 40 and 50 microns.
• sizes: minimum width is 40 mm and maximum length is 600 mm.
• prints: hot stamp, flexo printing or rotogravure, to a maximum of 8 colours.
