EarthPouch ™ is an environmentally friendly flexible packaging for dry and moist foods, which can be recycled through paper collection. These paper-formed Stand Up Pouches have a plastic-free, heat-sealable coating, with a grease, water and moisture barrier.

EarthPouch ™ is sustainable because it is made from a source of renewable materials. These stand up pouches are recyclable through paper recycling and compostable.

If desired, the EarthPouch ™ can be printed with natural water-based inks.

The EarthPouch ™ has been developed to provide a good and affordable solution for flexible food packaging, which is also environmentally friendly.

The EarthPouch ™ comes in three versions. Standard, barrier and high barrier. The high barrier is transparent, allowing you to see the packaged product!

We can also supply you with a high-speed, low-cost filling machine to fill your products in stand-up pouches. Ask us about the possibilities.

Yes, the bags can be sealed inline or on any standard heat sealer.

Yes, it is possible to recycle paper.

Are there different versions?
Yes, standard, barrier and high barrier. Which version you need depends on what you want to package and the shelf life required.

Is this sustainable packaging?
Yes, because the EarthPouch ™ is made entirely from renewable raw materials.

Can the EarthPouch ™ be printed?
Yes, it can be fully printed.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, for printed EarthPouches there is a minimum order quantity of 25,000 pieces. Unprinted from 10,000 pieces. The possibility for smaller quantities is still being investigated. Ask us about the possibilities.

What can I pack in the EarthPouch ™?
Anything dry or moist, such as grains / granolas, dried fruits, food supplements, diet pills, pet food, chips, nuts, seeds, etc.

Can the material also be supplied on a roll or as a flat bag, instead of a pre-formed stand-up bag?
Yes, this is our EarthFilm or EarthBag.

Is a zip closure possible?
One of the goals of making the EarthPouch ™ was to use as little resources as possible from our planet. There is currently no paper zip closure available. Use a double fold to protect the contents or use a paper clip or closing clip to close and reopen the pouch.

Is there a machine available to fill the EarthPouch ™?
Yes, if required we can provide you with a machine with a single or double filling station. High speed, low cost.

What awards has the EarthPouch ™ won?
The EarthPouch ™ won first prize in the Resource Efficient Pack of the Year category at the UK Packaging Awards in October 2018. The EarthPouch ™ also won an International Green Apple Environment Award in November 2018.

Can I buy unprinted EarthPouches?
Yes that is possible. We are currently researching to stock a few standard sizes.

Is the EarthPouch ™ compostable?
Yes, the EarthPouch ™ is compostable.
