Banderollen en Sleeves

Film bands and sleeves (film covers) are manufactured from crystal clear polypropylene. Film bands are often used for protecting part of a greeting card. Sleeves on the other hand are mainly used for banding together a number of greeting cards or other paper products, although film bands can of course also be used for this purpose. Unprinted or printed film bands and sleeves can be manufactured to any desired size.

Standard materials
• OPP (Oriënted Polypropylene)
• CastPP (Cast Polypropylene)

Other materials are an option. Please enquire for all the possibilities.

Standard specifications
• film thickness OPP: 30 en 40 micron.
• film thickness CastPP: 40 en 50 micron.
• sizes: minimum width is 40 mm and maximum length is 800 mm.
• adhesive strip on film bands: permanent or re-sealable.
• prints: flexo printing or rotogravure, to a maximum of 8 colours.

Nonstandard sizes and die cuts are possible. Please enquire for all the possibilities.
